Product Description

Hopper Dryer is an indispensable equipment integrated in plastic injection moulding machine. This high performing dryer distributes hot air to dry out plastic material at uniform temperature. This is incorporated in the machine to improve drying efficiency. This dryer has a curved heating pipe that prevents piling up of resin at heating elements area which can result in resin burning. The plastic dust is avoided by a smooth pipe. All the internal parts of hopper dryer are made from stainless steel. This dryer is composed of electric temperature controller, two overheat protection devices, P.I.D. temperature controller with LED display, over-heated protection device and fuse, and 0~99-hour timer for start-up.
